One of the biggest lessons I learned about starting and running a business is that: IT'S NOT THAT HARD IF AND ONLY IF ...

1. You manage your biggest asset: TIME.

In my early days, I used to work 14 hour days without seeing progress.  This is because I drew up unrealistic task lists only to be disappointed.  I wasted hours away from my husband and son because I didnt have a time and organisational system to help me do the right things in the right time.

I could have hired an assistant but that was money out of my pocket.

So ...

I got a time management system from http://bb7432mnphn99uaccmodrgipfd.hop.clickbank.net/.  It helps to draw up activity schedules with realistic time allocations.  Try this resource out and let me know how it's saved you time and money.

This is very true.  I use white boards to schedule out my time, but it is a work in progress.  Thanks for the link.

No doubt, time is your big asset. If you have learnt how to manage it then everything will be in your control. Your tasks are difficult till you don’t have learnt how to do it timely and effectively. Once you get grip on these tasks, they will become an easy game for you.

Managing your time properly is definitely necessary to be successful. Efficient use of time will save you a lot of money and can make a lot of people happy. It is easier than what others might think. The key there is to organize your task and the things that need to be done. A well drawn plan is also a life saver. Most importantly, anticipating potential problems can also help manage the challenges that will come your way.
