I think Craig nailed it down pretty well. People either think entrepreneur or don`t. Don`t force it on those who don`t, and support and encourage those who do.

in my circle of friends, including within the family, i have seen people far away from entrepreneurs turn into entrepreneurs. you become your company and i suspect these folks transitioned into the entrep mentality over time by association with successful entrepreneurs. many have it hidden deep within them and they just need that reinforcement or reminder to bring it to the surface.
