Hey StartUp Nation community,

My name is Wes Mahler I`ve been on this forum for about 2 months now and I came across a very disturbing video related to money.  I am asking anyone who is reading this message to watch this free documentary video that was just authorized by the producer to watch it for free on google video.

[b]I’m asking, humbly, that the StartUp Nation community watch this video, and tell me what your input is on the matter[/b]?  I`m a very disturbed college entrepreneur and soon to be real estate investor, avid reader of financial books to this information that will hugely affect the way money will work, real estate, and every which way and form.

Please watch it, I`d like to see some input from the knowledge this community.  Everyone on here is very success oriented here and I want to be the opinions, thoughts and ideas from people like youself.

sorry, i could only take about 30 seconds of this ...
You do know this has been going on for decades?  I`ve seen this in the  70`s 80`s and 90` s. Each generation has to discover this anew, and the tale stays alive.  Its sort of like the Loch-ness Monster.
Just ignore it, and get back to work.

Do youself a favor and don`t listen.  You`ll only get yourself in trouble.  There has been articles for decades on this. Officially, all needed states didn`t ratify the amendment to make it law - but just try not to pay your taxes.  Ask Willy Nelson what happens :-).  Put your energies into building your business and not how you can fool the government out of their share of your success.

At one time or the other I have read ever court case on the subject and every judge has ruled in favor of the US. So, even if they are right on the tape, if you are ever audited, you will lose and if you ever go to court, you will lose, and the penalities for what will be considered tax evasion could likely send you to jail.

Hope this saves you lots of time money and agriviation.

Just Curious...isnt this type of ``aah forget it and just pay`` attitude the actual point of the documentary?...IF in fact, there is no recorded LAW for us to pay Federal taxes...what should we do about it?...the documentary was EXCELLENT and i def want to research further...im kinda amazed at the responses though...wow...i guess the New World Order is not as far fetched as it seemed at some point...

If you have that kind of time and energy to put into fighting this, then by all means - go for it.  There are people sitting in federal prison right now who tried to fight and lost everything.  Is it all really worth it?  I personally have better things to do with my time and energy.

Hi Wes,
I see by the posts here so far that the IRS has most people scared out of their wits.  I`ve seen Freedom to Fascism twice, and Arron`s information is correct.. if somewhat incomplete.  If you`d like more information on it check out this link at www.nontaxpayer.org and look at the links he provides toward the bottom of the page.  One of them is a legal firm that lays the whole thing out in terms a layman can understand.

There are also several other very important videos you might be interested in watching.. they`re all either on Google or YouTube:

The more you research the more you`ll discover we`re being had.  Keep in mind as you do though that fear is highly counterproductive. We have to educate ourselves and others, and if people start paying attention we can bring about change.

Another great resource is "The End Of America, A Letter of Warning to Young Patriots", by Naomi Wolf.  She`s an investigative journalist who discovered in her research that we`re under siege by folks who are intent on turning this country into a dictatorship.  I can hear the disbelief in most everyone who reads this even now.. but did you know that GW actually said "The Constitution is nothing but a goddamned piece of paper!".. and he did it on video?  Did you also know that for decades the CIA has been involved in overthrowing Democracies and installing DICTATORS?  It`s true, and if people would wake up and do some research instead of sitting in front of their TV drinking Budweiser they`d find out that we`re in deep trouble.. and we need to wake up fast or we`re going to be in big trouble.  So drop the fear people and find courage.. because one way or another we`re going to need it before this lifetime is over.

I realize as a CPA that you believe that what the IRS is saying is the truth, but you are mistaken.  The page the IRS put up is actually smoke and mirrors to try to counter the truth.  There is a maxim in psychology that says if you tell a lie enough times, people will come to accept it as the true.  That is precisely what is happening here. 

The first thing Americans need to do is to get over their belief that this government can be trusted.  It cannot.  We have one of the most corrupt governments in the entire world.  I strongly encourage you to do some very thorough  research before you try to "educate" people.  If you focus especially on the LEGALITY of taxation you will discover that the Supreme court has found over and over that the only "income tax" that is legal is the taxation of corporations. This is based on the Constitution.   There are now millions of people in the US who do NOT file, and in recent years over 300 cases have been won by people just like you and me because the current form of taxation is unconstitutional.  Look it up.. do your research.. and then tell me that you believe the IRS.

If I`m mistaken why have the courts ruled in favor of the IRS and put noncomplying taxpayers in jail?
