If you are thinking about opening a net branch thinks again. We are a good laternative to the net branch model, becasue we are a FNMA and FHA/HUD direct endorsement lender.

The problem is that in the last few years, the net branch business model has been hurt by government regulation and banning from state government. We are a good alternaitve b/c we are a mortgage branch provider, but we offered you a branch arrangement that it is not at odds with the governement.

Members of our network of branches are able to process govenrment sponsored loans.
