This is a great article I found on WSJ about the power of renegotiation. I think it holds a lot of value and in these economic times, most business owners will renegotiate to get/keep your business.

I agree 100%, EVERYTHING is negotiable (or renegotiable)! Many people do not realize this and believe that they are stuck with current obligations, frequently to their own demise.
