THe old Ben Franklin close has been around for quite a while. For those of you that don't know Tom Hopkins, I encourage you to get his book, "How to master the art of selling anything".
I read and studied this book back in the '80s and it helped to turn around my sales career. Tom teaches techniques, objection handling and of course many closes, including the Ben Franklin close.
Also, I'll recommend a book by Ben Gay, III, "The Closers". This book is the next step
