My company has created a children`s video. (It is similar to a Baby Einstein) We are looking to pitch it to educational catalogs, specialty stores and larger chains. We need some money to do so. (Operating Expense and distributorship)
We were going to do a stock offering, but was told that it is minimum of $10,000 to do so. Is there an alternative to the PPM? We are looking for $80,000. from friendly investors.
