I am currently in the process of making the switch from eBay to a direct e-commerce approach. As part of the switch over I have completely redesigned my website. I sell pre-owned cell phones to wholesalers and direct to consumers. I do not currently have my best inventory up as I am still selling mostly on eBay, but I will have just about any phone you can imagine available once the I switch over.
I would appreciate any feedback as to the design aspects  and over all impressions of the site.

Initial experience very positive.

You have a variety of areas (clearance, news, etc) which have prominent links but no content.

The red clearance text looks more like a warning than a call to action.  I would instead put a small icon (like a flame or exclamation or something) if you wanted it to stand out.

Found it odd that you had pretty good design elements for most of it, but your right hand items of:
  • buying guides
  • why buy used
  • links
were bad graphics that included non anti-aliased text.   They just don`t look like the rest of your site.

Top and bottom navigation and areas are good.

Chat icon looks a little forced in that spot as it is too closed to text below it and too large for the space.

Compared to many asking for a review, this has to be considered an excellent site.

Hope you find that helpful.

Hi Zendoo,
I really like the site. It looks phenomenal, comparing to most sites, especially ones reviewed here. Looks like Infopia have created a great platform, and whoever made your design did a great job.
The only comment I`d like to give is about the logo - I refer to the "wet floor" effect. Seems like the reason you have it simply "just because" - not because it somehow makes it look better or changes the feel. I think it would look better without the reflection. It would look cleaner definitely and not mimic thousands and thousands of web pages that use same effect.
Other than that - great job.
