I have found two possible investors for my business. I would like to borrow $15,000. I would like to be able to delay the first payment for 1 year and have 5 years to pay off. I would like to be able to pre-pay. I need to have a proposal for these sources, I don`t have the funds to consult an attorney. Can anyone help me put the proposal to paper?

I would talked to your Local Small Business Development Center or SCORE. They can help you through the process of developing a business proposal for free.
