I just got a web application development contract (My First !!) and am partnering with another person to do the work. We are also hiring two contractors to do application development. Are there any stanadard templates for contracts (which elaborates general terms and conditions and payment rate etc.) which I can use to sign an agreement with my partner and also with the contractors?
