Hi Karen,

I looked at your web site and had just a couple of comments. These mainly concern your "About Me" page. You might want to rewrite the opening paragraph. Here is one suggestion.

Karen Byrley has provided billing, financial and practice management services to health care practitioners since 1982. In 1996, she founded Medical Billing Solutions. Her family owned business continues to provide the same high standard of service to the health care industry.

She also has done seminars and training with Medical Manager Software. {describe this company - what gives it credibility?}

Quick tip, never use anything audio related and have it play automatically. I'd actually recommend against having that at all... but if you're going to have it, don't have it play when the page loads.

Nice looking homepage but it will be very difficult to get your homepage on first page on google for some specific keywords.

But othervise it is nice home page with limited information for not to confusing visitors.
