The link:  http://livelymoney.blogspot.com/

One thing you might consider, since you`re apparently not writing the content yourself, is to change your "tag line" under the blog title. Right now you have this:
Learn How To Make Money, Spend it and Gain priceless skills that can rocket you in any business endeavor

It`s poor English, and contradicts the tone of the following article content. You might change it to something like:
Learn How To Make Money and Gain Priceless Skills to Rocket you to the Top of Any Business Endeavor

Other than that, since it doesn`t seem as if you`re writing original material, there`s not much to say. You might try making edits for an SEO purpose, but I`m not sure how much Google or search engines crawl these blogs.

Two sites with information for you:

ProBlogger
Skelliewag

I would work on some of the formatting ... for example, those videos sticking out of the sidebar are not good. The location of the Digg button does not make sense. The ads at the top are not lining up. Etc.

You also need to work on your content and your stickiness. You`re really not giving me a good reason to keep reading. Check out the links above for more info.

Alan, you don`t need to know HTML in order to write content for most pre-made blogs. You just write. The problem is to write well, and write something interesting.

If you`re not a writer, I`ll propose that there`s no way you`re going to become the "best at communication" overnight, or in the next few years. It simply takes time, skill, training, and help. So if your goal is to both have a great blog AND to be the writer, you`re facing an uphill battle.

A better idea is to write out your main idea in draft format, and have someone else edit it or rewrite it. Put down your idea in 2 paragraphs and stop. Then take a break. Come back and read it again, and ask yourself "how come this is interesting?"

Below the 2 paragraphs, write another paragraph that summarizes why it`s interesting. Then start writing the article. One way to become a better writer is to actually read a lot. For example, the two links Nikole posted. :-)

As for "stickiness," it`s a blog term for developing a following. Following Nikole`s links above, here`s a specific article:

Alan, Craig has given you some great advice. You`d be wise to heed it. Now I`ll add my two cents. "Sticky" content is constantly refreshed content that`s interesting, useful and fun, that has the ability to grab readers and compel them to return to your blog over and over again. Examples of sticky content include informative articles, forums, chatrooms,  Internet games, e-mail, traffic stats, weather, news and horoscopes. It also helps to have an attractive website or blog that`s also user friendly.
