Hi,
I hired firm out of North Carolina to handle a tax situation for me. The company has basically blown smoke for 8 months. Now they aren`t even returning my calls. I hired this company through via the internet (Big mistake I know now). I am wondering what legal recourse there is for tax attorney`s. Do I file a complaint with the North Carolina state bar? Who does a tax attorney report to? Thanks

Definately report them to the state Bar Association, and the BBB. Did you pay them anything?
