Hi all,

I'm new here, as you can probably tell, and was hoping to start off my fantastic StartupNation forum career by having you critique our site.

http://tag-check.com was launched just under two months ago with the goal of filling a very specific gap in the market for businesses and individuals.

All feedback welcome, but we are especially interested in design feedback and how well the site describes what we do. i.e. from just the front page, do you understand what we do, how we can help you, and how our feedback technology works, why it's different etc...

All feed back greatly appreciated.

Very interesting concept, Alan.  I like it.  I think that your prices are fair for the service, too.  I think having the video front and center on the homepage definitely helps explain what exactly Tag-Check is.  Nice touch.

As far as improvements go, and these are just my personal opinions, I would suggest...

--Making your logo a working link back to the homepage

--Changing the orange color of the site to a brighter, more cheerful orange that stands out better instead of the rust-colored orange that you are using now.  Again, that's just my personal opinion.

--I would consider re-wording the text at the top of the homepage to something like "Tag-Check is a ground-breaking approach to getting feedback for your product or service quickly and reliably".

There are several things on an SEO level that need to be fixed, but perhaps that's because your site is still in beta.  All and all, the site design looks good.  Nice job and I hope you do well with your new venture.
