As part of the financial section it may be wise to add a section dedicated to the selling of a business or arranging the financing for such a thing.  A lot of sales require investment in one form or another by the original owners.  Especially with tight credit markets sellers usually have to give up something so it would be interesting to hear what creative ideas members have come up with.

Our business has grown steadily but like everyone else if another promotional products company came along and wanted to buy us out we'd probably consider it.
