Hi,

I would suggest seeing if you can hold onto your business and do the following.  Find  (1) ecommerce software (2) and an ecommerce software company that will act as a business partner / consultant.

1. MerchantMetrix.com - hands down the best ecommerce software you can buy
2. Marketing, Sales, Experience, Website Building, Honesty:  Call up Lee Roberts from www.MerchantMetrix.com.  - 405-329-8500
3.  Leeia - Vivid Communications  (Content Writer) (443) 283-8005

I know your frustration of having too much work but before you bring on a partner (especially find one online in a forum) I suggest you try outsourcing as much work & find a business consultant to lessen your load.  You may be surprised how much you can get done with the right team.

Our company turned to Lee almost two years ago to find a SEO friendly solution for www.WholesaleKeychain.com.  If you have a niche perfume eBay business his software is perfect for you.  Just puuting your products on his platform will get you a step ahead of your competitors and out of the discount eBay market.

But what you also want to do is sign up for Lee`s SEO & Business Consulting; it is expensive for a small business owner but it is worth every penny.  The guy helped increase sales on WholesaleKeychain.com over 300% in just over a year!

I have also used Leeia as a Content writer for WebBizIdeas and refered many clients to her.

I would atleast try the above solutions before you risk a partner.

In general, I totally agree with WebBizIdeas. I would hold on to my business before bringing in a partner. This is a good way to learn the new stages of your online business -- your own website, promotion, shopping cart, etc. This advice goes in line with a the E-Myth book I`ve just finished reading. It`s a good quick read, if you haven`t read it yet. Good luck!

-------------------------

We work with established small to medium size businesses that are in the position to invest in improving the results of their online presence.

Let me ask you three questions.
1) What is your cost per online visitor?
2) What is your revenue per visitor?
3) What is the lifetime value of your customer?

I will cut to the chase on the SEO/SEM efforts to focus on increasing your bottom line.
