Dear Rich and Allison,

just FYI, not wanting to completely inundate you with too much free
advice I would at least recommend the work of David Deida, even Tony
Robbins loves him.

He has written many books which deal very directly with many of the
things that concern men and women in relationship.

His book "The Way of the Superior Man" is a masterpiece to say the least
and even my wife agreed with what he had to say about communication
dynamics, very simple and honest in style, not hokey or gimmicky, to my
senses anyway.

Congratulations! Having worked side by side with my husband Steve for the last two years -- and having been married for 19 years -- my best advice is to set some boundaries so your passion for work doesn`t overtake your life together.  For example, you could decide never to talk about business over dinner so you hold that time together as sacred for the relationship.  Enjoy every minute.  Be kind to each other.  And here`s a favorite piece of advice shared with me by my CPA. Have fun.  Make money.  One without the other isn`t good enough.
