I think you have good information, but you need to present your content better in the site colors, layout and navigation. The text is too small and hard to read with the present colors. Your menus could be consolidated into one. Your message ( need/solution ) should be more obvious.

When links open up in pdf files, it`s nice for a visitor to know that`s what will happen ( it`s annoying to me, anyway, when the page it suddenly totally different than where I was just at ).

A page with a "Contact Us" form gives a professional look. You should also have a sitemap, and customer testimonials if possible. I also don`t see anything to tell me who you are, your qualifications, or any background about you to create a trust level.

There is an excess of unneeded code in your pages, and little SEO implementation. This could be rewriiten to be more efficient and effective.

Contact me if it`s something you want to look into.

As Webline said - tiny fonts are hard to read.  Yellow text is also hard to read.  Italics also add to the difficulty of reading, especially when tiny.  I particularly do not like all center-formatted text, especially when each paragraph is one sentence.

Mark,

Coding issues: the site has much too much html code generated by Microsoft word. You should move all your "style" in to an CCS file... and your META NAME="Keywords" is filled with words.. and that meta is not even used by the major search engines.

Other thoughts:
  • The lime green font is kind of "weird" (a technical term).
  • Centering all the text on the page doesn`t present a "professional" feel.
  • The site navigation is not intuitive.. it is hard to figure out where I should go to find something. You have links on the left and links on the right and links at the bottom.
  • Displaying your email address on your site is an open invitation to email harvesters.

Thank you all very much for your comments.

A couple of questions.

I know everyone has their own thoughts about websites, i have heard a lot of different ideas.

People say you neeed to display your contact info prominately, but do not display email address. How do I accomplish both?

Have recieved the comment before about difficult navigation, suggestions on how to improve.

Does everyone agree i need to left justify text?

Suggestions of font coloring?

Any thoughts on reducing the "excess code"

I am a novice to this, this is my first website and i used a program called netobjects fusion. I don`t really know anything about html. So let`s not get too technical guys, or you will lose me.

Although you use netobjects, it appears some of your content was generated (or copied) using Microsoft word) that produces a lot of extra code.

You can display your email if yo want, just know that it may lead to a bunch of spam. Otherwise you can use a contact form that viewers can use to communicate with you.

Navigation - start by listing all your web page on a piece of paper. Then think how each may be related or part of a larger category. Try to limit your menu to 5 to eight items.

Reducing the excess code - move all "styles" into a style sheet (CSS) and link your web pages to that CSS. You can do a search on CSS to see how that`s done.
