Hi all.  I am gathering the financials for a retail store business plan, and need to estimate the amount of money we will spend on a storefront sign.  We are thinking we will go with Channel Letters.  Does anyone have a rough idea of how much these cost?

I realize that the costs vary significantly depending on the exact type of sign, but if anyone could offer advice re: the price they paid for their storefront sign, that would be extremely helpful.  Thank you!

Of course it varies depending on the local market and amount of detail involved, but most of my small business clients budget between $1,000 - $2,000 for outside  storefront signage.

Hi there,

I had a 50 foot sign put on the top of my building, it was $2000 for the sign and install.

Price usually goes up when you add lighting etc - but its a variable of maybe $500.

Hope this helps!
