How about fully developing your concept. Details are everything. What are you trying to do and how are you trying to do it. Then, test it. Complete a financial forecast to prove your concept. Do all this BEFORE you spend any money!

I recommend a couple of services. Timesvr.com and getfriday.com. These are virtual assistant firms that I use and have used respectively.
When you can set up systems so your assistants can do 50-90% of your busywork, you're going to feel free.

Set aside 1 day per month to go over the company financials and get the full picture.
If you don't do this, you will suffer because you will never know where you stand and what expenses need to be cut.
