After a stellar 20 yr banking career, I have spent the past 13 months building a website based business with a rather unique concept that has unlimited potential.  I have a C corp set up along w/ a 401k for my future employees.   The website is complete now, however it took longer and cost more than I expected. Am looking for a potential partner willing to invest, or provide a hard money loan against a low ltv property located on the Pedernales River in the Austin area. The money will be utilized for marketing purposes, and to attend upcoming conventions.  Once in a lifetime opportunity for the right person
