perhaps you would consider the services of an Angel Investor?

Try www.angel-investors.co.uk where you can post a business proposal and you might find an interested investor.

However, I am receiving a lot of interest from my market.  I simply don`t have the space I need to accommodate any new clients, which means I am limiting my potential income because of my current limited capacity.

Think about ways you can demonstrate or convince a lender that your income is "limited" because of capacity constraints and how this will change with a new facility.

Thank you for your suggestions.  I will take them under consideration.  Perhaps, I need to analyze my current approach and really inspect it to see just how convincing my proposal really appears on paper.

Thanks for your suggestion.  However, I`m not sure I get the concept of an Angel Investor.  Care to enlighten me any further?

Angels fill the funding void between Freinds, Family, Fools and VC`s.

Travis,

Since the term angel investor is widely used to mean anyone besides your family and friends who invests - we (my partners and I) have started identifying those folks between the family and the "professional" angels as private investors.

However, their basic function is still the same - they invest their own money in private companies.

Start Up Funding = Solid business plan + you`re own money at risk.

And a business plan is a serious endeavor.  Do your home work and have a lot of smart people review the revisions.

Hi Travis,

Just the name of Angel Investor draws a mental impression of too good to be true.

How much different will be my approach to Angel investors in comparison to lending institution.  Don`t they require the same information in order to decide if you business is worthy of their investments?

Hi Venturevestor1,

I just wanted to thank you for your suggestion.  I am currently in the process of going over my business plan and making sure that it conveys the right kind of information that lending institutions or Angel investors may be interested in.
