I want to start an apartment/ home rent referral listing agency and not sure where to begin. That what is needed, How to advertise it, etc...
Does anybody know of a business startup guide for this.

You could try looking at the history of Craig`s List (not me...some other Craig). That`s how he started the list, doing apartment referrals in San Francisco, I think?
