Hey, my name is Jim and I'm trying to start a construction company in NJ with one other parter. I just wanted to know if all I had to do was fill out online form to register my business and get it filed at the treasury bureau. It says it will register my company name and it will be incorporated with a LLC. Once that happens is there a yearly fee that I have to pay for the LLC or is it just the one time fee. Also, I need my company to be insured and I am confused as to how that works, I had it in my head that the LLC was the insurance? and once you got incorporated the company was insured under the limited liability corporatio? I need that cleared up. Also, If that is not the case how do I get my company insured and how much does it usually cost monthly/yearly?

Me and my partner are basically starting from the ground up and I would appreciate any help on how to go about starting a business from scratch and what the costs will approximately be? Thank you in advance.

Jim,

You will have to incorporate your own business (LLC, S Corp, etc). LLC is not bonding or insurance, it is just a business type. You will have to visit a bonding (insurance) agent for bonding your company after you establish the business type.

If you have any other questions about starting your company, just post another reply.

Thanks for that information on business names.  Anyone know a mentor for export/import business.  I am starting my on-line business selling art abroad and local.  How do you find contact people for selling abroad.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi Jim,

I hope things are going well with your new construction business - I came across your post and wanted to let you know about this great company that could help you.  They are a recycling company that will go to your construction site and take your waste away to be recycled.  If you want to check them out their website is http://www.revolutionrecovery.com and I think they are amazing!  They are often cheaper then traditional waste removal companies as well.

Good luck with everything!

This is a stylish Burberry scarf in checked wool/cashmere blend. This Burberry scarf is loosely woven, light, soft and very pleasant to wear. The Giant check series of burberry scarves are long and broad.Buying cheap handbags can be a sound investment that transcends time. Better yet, stumbling across one of these handbags in the attic or finding cheap designer handbags while attending an estate sale is every girl¡¯s dream. The bags¡¯ age could be anywhere from recently purchased to decades-old yet still be worth a hefty sum of money.
