Hi All!

I am on OPT and I would like to start business. I know I can start a business directly related to field I studied. But the question is can I file my H1-B petition for myself from my company, if yes then ....

company or business must be old enough (1 year, 2 year etc) to file a H1 B or company should generate the revenue (How much if anyone knows)

If I register a firm today, can I file my H1-B petition after one month in my own firm.

Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all in advance

Hope to here something real soon.

Regards!

Stang

hello,good day!

well you should do your research honey about lending but better, try to make it first with your own money. so that you won't have any problems in the end. In my opinion, it is never an option to loan in any bank or corporation because you'll be loosing so much more. here try this one, orlandoentrepreneur(dot)com, this made a difference on how to look things . have a good one!
