This article provides a cost effective way to look at investment in your staff in order to retain the best, something which is vital to any ISV with experts in their product on the payroll.There are many things you can do in addition to spending money. Give them your time, find out what motivates them, give them vision - share the goals and purpose of your business. Give them freedom and inspiration, opportunity and recognition.
