St. Patrick`s Day, March 17th.

Usually a good day to try something PR-ish if you know what I mean. I`m sure the sole Irish pub here in Trinidad will be overflowing with customers without any effort.

The rest of us need to come up with ideas? Anybody got any?

I don`t really have a holiday-sale based business, although you have given me an idea to approach one client for a St Paddy thing. (It`s a personal chef service ... traditional Irish food for the holiday would be a fun offer.)

Aleem,

I once worked along side a woman that was a rather talented Chef from Trinidad.

For St. Patrick’s Day we are thinking beer! What could be more appropriate? We created an Irish Stout & Spicy Peanut chocolate for the special occasion. It is generating a great response from areas in and around major cities, especially Boston MA.

One thing they do here in Oklahoma City is they die all of the food green. If you deck out for St. Patty`s day you get a discount on green eggs and ham, etc.
