I'm an accomplished chef, and it's time to take my skills and creativity and put them to work in a new restaurant concept.

It will be a small size restaurant with a unique concept that given my artistic creativity, is guaranteed to take off strong.

The concept evolves around an ever changing menu serving tastings, aka tapas, unique dishes developed and plated in a highly artistic way.

Since everything is in a small size, it will be a four star cuisine that is affordable.

I have the business plan finished and ready. I'm looking for someone willing to invest $150k to $200k to start up the restaurant.

I represent Compound Profit, a company that provides working capital to small and medium sized businesses, including startups.

Our company has EXCELLENT programs for restaurants, particulalrly in the arena of equipment leasing/financing and Merchannt Card/Credit card processing programs.

I would be interested in hearing more about your concepts and plans.

I can be reached directly at kbernhardt@cprofit.com
