I am a web developer that realizes there are many perspectives.  Looking at my site as a developer I see it differently than a prospective buyer.  Just as it is difficult for a doctor to diagnose and care for themselves, I find it difficult to be objective about my site.

I will appreciate critiques from web people but I am really looking for ways to improve my site for the buyer.

I believe I get plenty of traffic but I want to improve my conversion rates.  Most of my traffic comes from webERP.org and Joomla.org where I am listed as a developer.

What will help the buyer be able to trust my software and make that decision to buy.  I have tried to provide free samples of my work and charge for add on enhancements.  So far everyone is downloading the free stuff and buying very little.

How can I improve my price list.

You have a "donate" button. Are you non-profit? That doesn`t help at all. If you`re not, remove the donate button. Have you thought about having a "fire" sale? Drop your prices on the big stuff until and then analyze if the sale went well.

Do you have blog? I don`t see an About Us page, why? Put some white space in between each paragraph making it easier to read & see. Everything looks like one big page. Visually, you need some white space so the eye takes a breather between paragraphs.

Do you need the Mensa logo on there? If so, does it have to be sooooooooooooo big? People are intimidated by brainy people. People could be shying away because of it. If you must, make that much smaller and put it on the last page, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay in the back! LOL!

What about a mini forum? Or put up a FAQ page or even start a poll. You should have a PDF file with everything listed so people can download the information from anywhere, print it and take it with them. You`re assuming people are sitting and reading. When in fact, we are all on the go. I D&P, download & print and read on the bus, train, or cab because I`m on the run.

You need to have a "View All" button. Going through 8, 9, 10 pages is tiresome!!! Trust me when I shop, I look for those view all buttons and just work the entire site to death. I can find what I need sooooooooooooooooooo much fast than having to peruse through each page. And remember, people looking at your site are at work, are looking at your site while they`re supposed to be working and they need a quick look at your site and the prices.

The PDF should be even more detailed because they`re going to print it and read it in the bathroom or while eating some Subway sandwich long after the boss has gone. At work you`re sneaking in bits of your life while doing the company`s work. You need to make it easier to read the site at a scan or glance.

Next to the word, "Description" at the top of the page, you have "click for more". However, there`s no link and you cannot click for more anywhere on the page. Those photos of the scanners, etc are just waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too small. You have to make people practically salivate from the photos. This means you should have that, "click to enlarge" underneath each one. It`s the photos that sell your products. If they`re too small, people will just walk on by and forget it.

What about taking Euros? Put up a conversion chart and it will convert Euros to dollars. What about classes for Joomla? Tell them where they can find them. Also use iList.com to market your site. It`s free and it`s "pretty" version of Craigslist.

Excellent critique.  This will keep me busy for a while. You have helped me take off my developer hat and see the site from a buyers perspective. Thank you!
