I was wondering if anyone knows of some good software distributors, perhaps that they have worked with in the past. We have a software product that we are looking to launch and need to find some vendors/distributors to carry our product. Also, has anyone here worked with a marketing/sales company that just works with computer software? Or any affiliates that have performed well selling software? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

You might try going direct to stores like Office Depot, Fry`s and Office Max to see who they buy from. Don`t talk to a clerk though. Set up an appointment with the store manager.

If you are trying to get into Office Max and Fry and such, it is extermely difficult to get your foot in the door. I would try selling on your own online first. But again, it never hurts to try to approach them.
