SUN community  what is your opinion on social websites like piczo myspace, youtube. many companies have made thier social websites do you think it looks professional or unprofessional would you make a social website for your company?

I mean creating a profile on those sites like these
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
and all those music artists have profiles promoting their music/businesses and the myspace features are great for finding people in your local town/city so anyway just wondering if it is a good idea to have a profile of your business on a social website i mean thats were alot of the internet users are  so what are your opinions

I think you should check out this thread, where we are debating if "nice, normal people" even need MySpace or Facebook accounts. Many people answered this question there.

I think advertising on the social websites is important to attract the crowd that doesn`t read the newspaper, doesn`t read the magazines, etc.  It`s targeting the younger audience and the  younger audience is wanting to be entertained.
