Okay, this is starting to look a lot better visually. However, the "About Us" is almost impossible to read! It`s tiny, tiny letters on a gray background.

If you`re specifying your body text size, then an excellent suggestion I read recently, is to specify ALL further text, headings, paragraphs, or whatever, as a % of size. That way, regardless of the browser settings, the text stays relatively in the right sizes.

The same problem takes place elsewhere. I went to the "Decrease Costs," > Increase shipping Efficiency" bullet. There, I saw at the top middle, the yellow "Shipping Tools" menu. None of it was readable, being again so small I would`ve had to use a magnifying glass.

Again, the site looks a lot better as you start to change it. Now it`s got to be physically readable. THEN comes what issues with copywriting can be addressed. :-)

We had looked at the site on several computers, at several businesses and on several browsers.  It wasn`t until yesterday we found a person using a different font setting.  We finally saw the same problem!  I don`t know how we missed this and it was the reason I did not understand why some people complained about the fonts and other did not.  Everyone that like site fonts had not changed the system defaults!  We thought we had the fonts set as Craig stated, “a % size” all along but we had over looked adding it to our code.  I am sure glad this was caught!  I was beginning to think I needed new glasses.

As a result of all the feedback we have come up with a new approach to our message and we are going to clean up the visibility issues.  It is going to take a couple of days to change it before we re-upload the revised site.  Once we do we will place a new posting.

Oops....didn`t have the site below spelled right...

Here`s a site I just found out about, from Pat (TonerDesign). It`s called "Browsershots.org." They run screen shots of a URL in any browser available. They use a "queue," and it can be up to several hours. However, if you run a page overnight, you`ll get screen shots of how your page will look in all other browsers. That might come in handy. :-)

Just as a final note on this thread, http://www.cutnship.com went public today along with the new product we are selling at this site (http://www.harveysoft.com/press/press35.htm).  I don`t know what I would have done without all the great help at SUN.  Thank you all!
