What are your biggest IT concerns and/or pain points?  For example, is it having to fix your own computers, the high cost of developing your website, data backup concerns, etc.  How are you handling this today?  Are there any costs or areas you did not foresee when you started your business?  Have you found any creative way to lower IT costs or the time you are spending on IT?  Any IT advice to new comers wanting to start a business?

One of the best things we did was create redundant backups...one on an external hard drive locally and one online backup service. Both are set up with software so that all files are automatically backed up a minimium of every 24 hours. We've already had one complete computer crash and a couple of stupid people tricks -- having the backups saved countless days of rework!

Best regards,
