Small Giants by Bo Burlingham, Editor at Large of Inc. Magazine and coauthor of The Great Game of Business. It`s about companies that choose to be great instead of big.

Great recommendation! I love the idea of this book! I worked for a mortgage company back in the day that believed in that idea that great didn`t have to mean big...unfortunately...they lost that focus over time and as they grew! I think this is a good book to keep handy and refer back to!

I read it a year or so ago.  It`s a good inspirational read for sure!

From what I`ve seen online it looks like it will be good. My copy is on its way. Can`t wait to finish it.
