Here is my question,
I am in the mids of offering Health Insurance to my employees. Does anyone know the difference between Group Insurance and Small Business Insurance and what package works best and it`s not expensive? Can someone in the community help me out?

Which Company should I go with:
1. Blue cross of California
2. Healthnet
3. Kaiser Permanente
Which one give you more for your money?

Isn`t it time for the Southern California group to get together soon?

I searched around about one year ago and chose Pacific Care PPO through Costco.

So far we really like it. The premimums appear to be reasonable, and the paperwork (both in set up and administrating) is minimal.

Check it out through the Costco web site.

Group insurance is more convenient when you are running a larger business, premium rates may also be affected when you apply for the group health plan.
