I believe that most banks will be similar. I think its about building a good relationship with the people of the local bank, the tellers, the manager etc. Capital One is getting into the branch banking sector now, they purchased North Fork Bank and I`m told that we should expect to see Capital One Branches soon. My friend is a manager with North Fork, soon to be Capital One and they are building a new branch bank for him here in NJ.
