Would it be worth doing SEO training?
Instead of SEO training should I try and train my self up with all the SEO tips that i find here on the internet.
I really can't understand what should i do. Please suggest me something.

I recommend trying to do some of it yourself. It is not that hard and there are lots of scams out there when it comes to SEO. I actually sell an inexpensive DVD that you can find at my website from my sig below on the products page that walks you through how to do SEO yourself step by step.

It all depends on what your goals are for SEO.  I actually just wrote an ezine article talking about the benefits of SEO workshops, which would get you the training you need in a day or 2 instead of 6 months.  The article isn't live yet, but here's the link:
