I like the improved banner.  You may try moving the slogan a little bit to the right and adding a few more brand names. Upgrading to Zencart may be a good future option for added functionality too.

Zen Cart is not the best tool if you ask me... It`s the same as OScommerce...
But yeah it looks much better...

I know.  As I said before however, some of OSCommerce`s programmers left to create an updated version which became Zencart.  Since Zencart is the one that`s constantly being updated and growing in a community userbase, it`s been widely seen as the heir to where OSCommerce stopped improving.  OSCommerce however, still has a lot of plugins that have yet to be completely ported over to Zencart.

It`s a shame that no one`s done a Prostore plugin for OSCommerce/Zencart, or vice versa, at least to my knowledge.

David, the problem with Prostore is proprietary to the company that designed it. So they make their own modules, plug ins and so forth.. It would be nice to have an open source shopping cart that accepts all these modules, but it wouldn`t make sense since some shopping carts are coded in asp and others in php.. But it would be nice to see a new breed of shopping cart,
perhaps, I might start getting my hands dirty with the coding...

RDB - definitely an upgrade in design/look&feel - quick point, I accessed a product page, and the three columns broke away from the top navigation and extended out past the boundaries of my browser window (so that a horizontal scroll bar appeared - generally something you want to avoid).  I`m at 1280x1024 resolution, so it`s not due to that, and I checked it on IE and Firefox and had the same issue.  So you may want to look at how those product pages are displaying and perhaps constrain the center section so that it doesn`t push those persistent elements so far out.

The page is expanding (as explained by Chuck) at all the top level categories as well in FF 1.5.0.3 and IE 7 beta 2. Running 1280x1024 as well.

Chuck, it is due to the resolution you are at. 1280X1024 is not a standard that most web sites are written for. Most folks set their screen resolution at 1024 x 768, not the high resolution that you are at.

The other day I noticed a similiar problem while talking with a few drivers about GoTruckStop.com. It wasn`t until I realized that they were at much higher resolutions did I stop thinking that our site had gone wacko.

The site looks pretty good.

One personal feedback ... the logo is very difficult to read ... the script style font makes it difficult to determine exactly what the company name is.

Also several images are unable to be viewed on the front page and subsequent pages ... a warning stating "STOP HOTLINKING" is shown.

Silly me ... since we talked on the phone ... I realized that I was looking at your .com site vs. your .net site.

The .net looks great. Best of luck.

I know sites aren`t designed for larger resolutions - quite the opposite, site designers are forced to try and accomodate the smallest resolutions, like 800x600 (I can`t imagine how people can use that, but that`s just me) - but no site should break up as resolution increases.

Accomodate those on 800x600, make it optimal to view at 1024, and keep that design consistent as users migrate up to higher resolutions.  Don`t allow the site elements to break out and float to the margins of a higher resolution - that was the primary bit of advice I wanted to convey.
