Yeah Google does not show all the back links of your website. It could be one of the best reason that they don't want to give away your secrets. But if you use Google Webmaster tools, then you can get all of your back links that Google counts. Everyone knows that back links make up one part of the page rank system, therefore Google likes to protect some of your hard work whereas yahoo disclose your information to your competitors.
In most cases its been found that whatever the backlinks do show up on Google they are often from the highest quality relevant websites/pages.

I believe the Google, she is more kind to us. As you say, she protect some of my hard work to my competitor.

I get it now, I'll use Yahoo or Google Webmaster Tools when I want to check out my inbound links.
