for most businesses, there is no better customer than one who has already purchased from you (repeat customers)

Every big or mid-size business should have Customer Care Section. Reason mentioned below:

  • Increased sales
  • Increasing public image
  • Survival in terms of competition
  • Satisfied customers and greater job satisfaction for staff
  • Repeat business and customer loyalty

  • Hope you all agree.

This would actually qualify as a stupid question.  You backed up your question with  your comments so it is not a stupid question from you.


Almost all businesses big or small need to offer customer service.  Those without it tend to not get repeat customers and get a bad reputation.

Along that line they also need to offer GOOD customer service that needs to be consistent across the board.

I believe that consumer hold up service is essential for big and small commerce. Shopper contentment is needed for healthier escalation. So convince customer and expand business through Geomarketing.

In my opinion, having a customer service available 24/7 is a good idea. But the owner of that business can handle such task. It depends on the situation. When I start working on my medical uniforms website, we made sure that we have at least one customer service that will help support our customers.

Being that customer services can prove to be quite expensive, business should look tpo outsourcing customer services like technical support, medical billing, human resources, payroll is often less expensive than continuing with the traditional methods of customer service.

If you offer 24/7 customer service, be sure that you will have the resources to offer 24/7 customer service. It gives a very bad impression when a business claims it offers this service and you try to reach them and no one answers the telephone or email.
