Along that line they also need to offer GOOD customer service that needs to be consistent across the board.
In my opinion, having a customer service available 24/7 is a good idea. But the owner of that business can handle such task. It depends on the situation. When I start working on my medical uniforms website, we made sure that we have at least one customer service that will help support our customers.
Being that customer services can prove to be quite expensive, business should look tpo outsourcing customer services like technical support, medical billing, human resources, payroll is often less expensive than continuing with the traditional methods of customer service.

If you offer 24/7 customer service, be sure that you will have the resources to offer 24/7 customer service. It gives a very bad impression when a business claims it offers this service and you try to reach them and no one answers the telephone or email.
