Ok, I`m going to be using an NDA and I simply can`t make the bottom portion of it out , and the book I got it from fails to explain what each line means.

This agreement is simply between two people. I don`t know what "By" and "Title" is. I take it the line that is reserved for "disclosing party" and "recipient" is where we both sign. But isn`t there a place where the printed name goes?

Also, is a faxed copy of a signed NDA invalid in any way? I take it there doesn`t need to be a witness or a notary, or am I mistaken?

"By" is the signature. I think title is "owner" or "partner" or "president".

Do you have any thoughts on the final paragraph of my post?
