My name is Susan and I am an independent inventor of a personal hygiene product.  I wrote to many pharmaceutical companies and the ones that did respond want me to submit my idea on their website.  My question is: Should I or shouldn`t I do that and what level of protection do I have that they won`t steal my idea.

I would never suggest a client to rely on the promises of non-theft by another.  Too risky.

Thank you so much for your reply.  I applied for a patent; I trademarked the name, I purchased a logo, I`m incorporating.  Can I submit my idea on a pharmaceutical companies website.  They will not meet with me personally.  Help.  Thanks.

Can you?  yes.  Will that increase the odds of them meeting with you?  who knows.

I wouldn`t recommend it.  At the very least, you should have a written non-disclosure agreement executed by any party to whom you wish to submit your confidential information.  My suggestion to you would be to find clever ways to circumvent the website submission process.

You may also want to consider joining your local Licensing Executive Society, which will give you access to many pharmaceutical professionals that may help you.
