Should I file my new LLC in Virginia or New York?

Hi All,

I need a little advice. I am in the early stages of creating my new LLC, however, I am not certain which state I should file in. I live in Virginia; however, I will be primarily conducting all of my business in New York.

Please advise ... Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
