Mine:

Start small. Walk, ride a bike or carpool whenever possible instead of driving. Recycling is a good start. Turn off lights when leaving a room. Don't buy things you don't need and you'll have less trash. Buy organic foods to have fewer pesticides used. Turn down your heat in the winter. Cover your windows with plastic in the winter. Little things add up.

One easy way to go green and at the same time putting more green into your wallet is to  switch to LED light bulbs for spot lights.  You can save 80-90% on energy cost, relamping cost (parts and labor), for a swell total ROI of about 100% a year.  PearlLED.com provides those spot light bulbs on a lease or rental program so that there is no investment at all, just the smart to know about their existence.

Our business is green by nature, we work to get more people off of 4 wheels and on to 2 wheels.  Our motorcycles still use gas, true, but they use 1/3 - 1/4 what a car does.  Also we strongly urge our service clients to switch to Amsoil, which is America's first 100% synthetic motor oil.  Then we recycle our used oil.

Try this waterless car wash franchise! Our patent-pending steam cleaning system conserves water by using two gallons to wash 15 vehicles. With further distillation that comes out to approximately one pint of water per vehicle. Compare that to the 40 gallons necessary to wash a vehicle in a traditional conveyor system, and even more for those weekend warriors who hand wash their vehicles in their driveways.

There so many ways to go green, but first we should stop our busy life for a moment and think about it. Think about future and our children. With small changes in our habits we can save the planet(or at least try it). I start with:

Repair all water leaks in my house(usually nobody take care about toilet leaks).

Save energy-it's so simple. In my house a had replaced all light bulbs with fluorescent ones. Also I recycle my electronics(google it - there so many companies that will buy your old staffs). And don't by electronics because our neighbor own something you don't have. Stop compare your live with the others. If you want to go green you must make some changes in your lifestyle--ride a bike or at least change your fancy powerful car with more economic one(and cheaper one:) ).

Well, I can continue all day long, but the most important think is to change our heart, start with small changes and don't stop. It's up to us!
