I am a graphic designer and web developer by trade.  An inventor who has an upcoming invention, (also has investors for the invention) has asked me to do the graphic design branding and product website.  I find the invention to be promising and the inventor has asked me to write up a proposal encompassing all the services that will be provided for a trade in stocks for the company.  Basically I have told the inventor I want the value of my services to be treated as a cash money investment into the LLC the inventor has created for the invention and the inventor has agreed.

But I don't know what the proper procedures are and how I should write up the proposal.  Any suggestions or advice?  Thank you.
