Sounds like you have done a lot of excellent work - congratulations
For a project of this magnitude, it’s good to start building out your team to compliment your skills, experience, connections, etc. Do you have more specifics other than vision and capital?
Although it’s great if you can find the person who has everything you want – you may have to separate the “partner” and the investor into tow (or more) separate people to get everything you need.
