I am working on assembling the management team.  I have consultants I can tap into and such, but I now am working on putting together a pool of compettent people to call on and bring in.  The VC firm is so taken aback and wowed by my determination, confidenc etc.. and since it is the seed stage, all I have is the incorporatation and an account with petty cash.  This group feels that my faith in my vision is so amazing that they will make a preliminary decsion based on the summary and available resources I already have.  I seek to assemble a top notch team.
