I have a great idea that would make Northern California the place to be year round. Paintball has become one of the most sought after recreational sports in America. Due to the Northern California weather, it has been reduced to a seasonal sport. I want to change that and make it a year round sport. With a little help from investors like you, I can make it happen. An indoor paintball arena would open up a whole new world for not just Chico but Northern California.

We are planning to open the facility inside of a 10,000 square foot commercial warehouse, where we will hold tournaments and exhibition matches all year long. Included within the 10,000 square feet will be a paintball pro shop, where the customers can buy new paintball markers or even rent one. They can even buy new parts or upgrades and even a bite to eat from our snack bar.

Our prices will be matched against local competitors to meet or beat there prices. The entry fee and tournament team fee will be much more affordable at our facility than most local outdoor facilities. Since the paintball industry is rapidly growing every year, there is a big potential for expansion to a bigger facility to house more then one NPPL style field inside the building.

I hope this opportunity has sparked a high interest within yourself as well as it has mine, the best thing about this idea is that this will be the only indoor paintball arena located in Northern California. Im very excited in the possible business opportunity I may have with you, Thank you for your time.

Not sure how much money you are offering or what an investor can expect in return.  Might behoove you to put that in your post.

Also, why indoors?  That is a lot of costs for a 10,000 squre foot building - costs that you don't have to incur as a start-up.  Might be something that you inspire to down the road. Why not keep it outdoors and change the venue from time to time to keep it fresh and people coming back?

Unless you can offer huge returns, you will not likely get a professional investor interested.  But, if you network locally, you might be able to round up some cash.

If you can reduce the amount you need to get going and create a track record, you might be able to find other types of financing.  We have a searchable database on our website where you can search for lenders of all types, compare them and select the one that fits you and your business needs best.  Plus, it costs nothing.  Might get you started in the right direction.
