We are looking for $150k in business funding for our Real Estate Business start-up.

We're mainly interested in these types of funding:
-Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc.)
-Alternative or Loan Funding 15 or 20 years at fixed interest 5% or less

The funds will primarily be used for the following:
-Purchase 5-10 real estate properties in various states of US or International

You may have better luck if you refine your request and clarify your direction because:

1. The amount you seek puts you well below the threshold for Venture firms and private equity.

2. The type of business will probably not be of interest to the majority of professional angels.

3. Business loans typically have a shorter life than 15 years, unless they are being used to purchase real estate directly.

4. Purchasing 5 properties with $150,000 seems problematic.

True you need to be more specific of your real estate investment because people that have the $ would like to know how are you going to pay the loan back and you must have a exit strategy
