I would like to know if anyone has experience how to search partners in the USA (Canada, UK) for a joint IT business.

A few words about my situation. I reside in Eastern Europe, run a few English websites, have an office and staff. I also have some good connections here with local JAVA, PHP and other developers. My idea is not unique - to set up relations with some partner in the USA, Canada, UK and promote our IT services to that market. My overseas partner takes care of the project search, I - control the development process.

The problem is I have no idea where to search for that kind of person.

Do you have any ideas? Any help is of great value.

You`ll certainly finds tons of jobs there.  Now they don`t pay much but once you build a working relationship with your clients you can begin to charge more.

You`ve got to prove yourself to them first ;)

I often need web dev work done, (I`m a developer myself) and would like to have additional resources to use but I`m mostly C#/ASP.NET. 

Are you focusing on PHP? or do you have some developers who like ASP.NET?  Any graphics / visual resources?
